source:People’s Posts & Telecommunications News time:2023-01-09

National Standardization Administration recently issued the fourth batch of recommended national standards plan for 2022. Five national standards including the Reference Framework for Digital Transformation Management, the Guide for the Construction of Digital Transformation Management Capability System, the Digital Supply Chain Architecture, the Digital Supply Chain Maturity Model and the General Safety Requirements for Digital Supply Chain, which are under the centralized management of National Technical Committee for Standardization of Integrated Management of Informatization and Industrialization (SAC/TC573), have been officially approved.

The Reference Framework for Digital Transformation Management and the Guide for the Construction of Digital Transformation Management Capability System, are complementary to the Value and Benefit Reference Model for Integration of Informatization and Industrialization in Digital Transformation (GB/T 23011-2022), which are the basic and universal standards to guide digital transformation, and the purpose is to guide organizations to promote the digital transformation in a systematic and overall manner under the guidance of architecture approach, with value as the orientation, capacity as the main thread and data as the drive, and stably obtain transformation effects.

Digital Supply Chain Architecture, Digital Supply Chain Maturity Model, and General Safety Requirements for Digital Supply Chain can provide guidance for participants in the supply chain to scientifically understand and systematically build digital supply chain, help the industry to clarify the basic concepts and core elements of digital supply chain, and master the design method and implementation path of digital supply chain, define the maturity level and evaluation method of digital supply chain, build the security protection capability of digital supply chain, and accelerate the construction of digital supply chain system.

In the next step, Information Technology Development Department of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will base itself on the development of new industrialization, focus on the core needs of high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, guide the standard authorities and relevant drafting units to carry out the preparation and verification of national standards in the field of digital transformation, speed up the release of standards for approval and pilot application, and create standard solutions that serve enterprises to effectively carry out digital transformation and realize digital transformation and upgrading.
